Description
We offer a wide range of brandies aged for at least 6 months under ideal climatic conditions that favor exceptional maturity, thanks to our privileged location. We use 220L French oak barrels of 220L and 500L Certified Sherry Cask barrels, providing aromatic notes and sophisticated textures.

Organoleptic Parameters
- Aroma: Fresh, with good wine notes, some roasted aromas, dried fruits, and some balsamic. Light sensation of candied citrus peel. Wood in line with barrel aging time.
- Taste: Medium-bodied, smooth, with tense tannins. Fresh and balanced.
- Color: Amber (intensity depending on the vintage).
- Appearance: Transparent, bright liquid.
This product complies with all requirements set forth in European legislation No. 787/2019, relating to the definition, designation, presentation, labeling, and protection of the geographical indication for spirits.

Obtained through the aging of a brandy from wine distillation.
Alcohol Content: 40 -78%
