Facilities
We carefully carry out the aging process in 225-liter oak barrels and 500-liter certified Sherry casks, capacities that provide greater wood-to-liquid contact, ensuring optimal organoleptic qualities and enhanced product complexity. In addition, each barrel has its own digital identification linked to a container management system, further facilitating control and traceability. Our aging capacity is 1,400,000 liters per year.

Expansion project
In 2025, the second phase of the factory’s construction will begin to expand the barrel storage area, doubling the aging capacity, complemented by the installation of a distillation tower, which will allow us to fully close the production loop.
