Our quality policy includes the study and characterization of our products to ensure that we meet our customers’ expectations. To achieve the highest quality, we strictly adhere to the following commitments:


  • Keep the Food Safety Management System continuously updated and fully operational.


  • Ensure that all products we produce comply with sanitary requirements and that commitments made to our clients are satisfactorily fulfilled.



  • Provide training and conduct regular evaluations of our staff.


  • Carry out analytical and organoleptic controls on all products manufactured.

We maintain an implemented Food Safety Management System in accordance with the IFS Food 7 protocol and BIO Certification, covering the activities of production, blending, aging, filtration, and dispatch of bulk spirits. The audit date by the certification body SOHISCERT is pending assignment.

Our laboratory

The facility features a modern, fully equipped laboratory, including a gas chromatograph, densimeter, precision scale, and spectrophotometer, among other control and analytical devices. Plans are in place to expand the laboratory with a pilot-scale distillation unit, which will allow the production of a sample of the final product before it enters the distillation tower. This enables any necessary adjustments to be made to potential deviations in production, ensuring the consistent quality of the alcohol at all times.
